the train is my friend

the main type of transportation that we used in the project was the train, of course... i spent several hours in them, specially going from Wroclaw to Bialystok and from Lodz to Jelenia Góra. thank God most of the times i made it to buy something to eat inside... here are two videos: the 1st when during easter i went to see my friend Kulka in Kopaniec (but i get myself only to Jelenia Góra, then she gave me a ride) and the other one when trying to arrive to Opole in our way to Czestochowa with Shou and Varun. as u'll see... many hours in trains are not good for mental health

The Project

"Enter Your Future" (EYF) is a project held by AIESEC, where interns (aka "trainees"- for the proyect, "trainers" - for high school students) go into the High Schools in different cities and deliver workshops about Entrepreneurship. The sessions were based on a non-formal education method, with subjects as Interpersonal Communication, Decision making (Budget case), Creativity, Emotional Intelligence, Negociation, Selling and more. The trainers recieved one weekend preparation by Krzysztof Dzioba, who was great on his task, thanks! Then we were sent into different cities to run the workshops... i went to Legnica, Bialystok, Czestochowa and Opole; usually going back to Wroclaw for the weekend. My "buddy" Basia and my "boss" Marcel are great people, i am very glad i had to work with them, thanks guys! and the Local Comittee was also great, they all made Wroclaw to feel like home in Poland :)

Polska

Even when a very cold weather recieved me, it had nothing to do with the great and friendly people i met in Poland. not only the friends i got, but people on the street were very nice... specially this inspector on the train who tried to tell me in polish the best route to go to Czestochowa from the border with Slovakia... i think she still doesn't know i don't speak polish, but was a great help :)

i'd like the 'pols' to appreciate more their country, in general, 'cause i saw a developed country, educated, organized and beautiful all around n every corner; but many people didn't see it as me... maybe 'cause i come from a place that is a little more messy hehe. anyway, Poland is a great country and i'd love to go again.
